We provide a 1-year warranty on all our products, provided they are used, handled, and stored properly. The warranty applies exclusively to defects resulting from manufacturing or transportation.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been stored or handled improperly and this is clearly visible on the item. This includes, but is not limited to: water damage, warping, creasing, scratches, discoloration, or damage caused by placing weight or objects on the product.
It is essential to note that production is based solely on the written quotation that has been sent and accepted, including its specifications and description. If the finished product fully complies with the details stated in the quotation, it cannot be considered defective—even if different requirements were discussed verbally but were not confirmed in writing.
If a defect or damage occurs during manufacturing or transportation, we will repair the product free of charge or, if the extent of the damage requires it, remanufacture the product.
For deliveries, we always aim to recommend the safest possible shipping method to prevent damage. If the customer nevertheless chooses a riskier delivery method at their own responsibility, any resulting damage will not be covered by the warranty.
The warranty is therefore valid for 1 year, provided proper handling and storage, and applies only to products manufactured in accordance with the written and accepted quotation.
