What does Tokkészítő Kft. do?
Tokkészítő Kft. has been manufacturing wooden presentation cases, award cases, jewelry cases, cutlery cases, and natural plywood cases (boxes) for more than 50 years – since 1957. We undertake the packaging and protective casing of various decorative and utilitarian items, using different types of exterior and interior coverings (leather, faux leather, leather-effect paper, velour or velvet-effect paper, and various textiles). We also manufacture certificate folders and certificate tubes with the same covering materials as our cases.
What is required to place an order?
Size
In general, we request one sample of the item to be placed inside the case in order to create a perfectly fitted interior. For folders and presentation cases, please provide the desired size, which can also be custom (A/5, A/4, A/3... theatre ticket, photo, picture… cutlery, pipe, citera...). In every case, we take precise measurements on-site and provide suggestions for optimal placement.
Color and decoration
You can choose the exterior and interior materials for the case coverings from our sample collection. In addition, fittings available from our stock may also be selected as decorative elements. We do our best to incorporate and realize your unique ideas within our technological capabilities.
Quantity
We require the exact quantity to estimate the production deadline.
Deadline (when the customer needs the product)
For urgent requests, we can adjust our production schedule based on priority to ensure that all agreed deadlines are met. This way, every customer receives their ordered product(s) on time.
Customer information
For private individuals: name and billing address. For companies: name, billing address, and tax number. In all cases, we also request a contact option (phone number or email address) so that we can notify the customer once the product is ready.
What is the minimum and maximum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 1 piece. The maximum quantity is essentially unlimited, extending to several thousand pieces.
Why can't I find prices under the images of presentation and award cases?
Our cases are custom-made according to individual requirements, which influence the shape, material, and workmanship.
Custom sizes and designs (colors and patterns) allow endless variation possibilities; therefore, we only keep stock of fixed-size natural products. You can find the prices of these items on our website under the “Natural and Creative Products” menu.
