At the moment, we provide a custom quotation for all products. After an order is placed, we always contact the customer to discuss and arrange the delivery details.
Collection and delivery options:
- Personal collection: Products can be collected in person at our premises using the customer’s own vehicle.
- Courier service: Upon request, products can be shipped via a courier service. The shipping cost cannot be determined in advance, as it depends on the size and weight of the package.
- Our own delivery: In certain cases – such as larger quantities, higher-value orders, or fragile goods – we can arrange delivery for an additional fee.
Webshop order process:
When an order is placed through our webshop, we receive an automatic system notification and then contact the customer to clarify delivery details. We send a confirmation including the delivery cost, which must be accepted before the order becomes final.
Currently, webshop orders are handled manually. If the volume of orders increases significantly, we plan to enter into a contract with a courier company, and the available delivery options on the website will be updated accordingly.
